The Wisconsin Jury Instructions are created and edited by the Wisconsin Jury Instructions Committees of the Wisconsin Judicial Conference. These instructions include contributions from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and are used with its permission.
Wisconsin Jury Instructions – Civil contains jury charges for all manner of civil proceeding issues. Intended for use at trial and in the early trial planning stages, the title includes standard jury charges for Wisconsin civil proceedings.
