Georgia Jurisprudence® and Procedure is the combined Georgia Jurisprudence and Georgia Procedure sets, providing a brief overview of selected topics in Georgia substantive and procedural law.
Each topic contains references to Georgia treatises, as well as Am Jur Pleading and Practice Forms, Legal Forms, ALR annotations, Trials articles, Proof of Facts articles, and Georgia forms. Four volumes are replaced annually and each of the 36 volumes is supplemented annually.
Each volume is supplemented annually with recent cases and statutes.
