McQueen practices law in Atlanta, Ga., with the firm of Greene, Buckley Jones & McQueen. His primary areas of practice include bankruptcy, creditor's rights, and commercial litigation. In addition to his career as a practicing attorney, McQueen taught bankruptcy and tax courses for more than 10 years as an adjunct professor of law at Emory University School of Law. He is a graduate of DePauw University and the Duke University School of Law.
McQueen is the former president and a founding member of the board of directors for the Southern Bankruptcy Law Institute, a former chairman of the Bankruptcy Law section of the State Bar of Georgia, and a life fellow of the Georgia Bar Foundation. He is also a frequent lecturer at professional seminars. Since 1995, he has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in Atlanta, among attorneys specializing in bankruptcy law. He has also been chosen as one of Georgias Super Lawyers under the specialty area of bankruptcy and workout.
