Ziegenhorn currently works primarily in the area of commercial real estate lending, although he has practiced real estate litigation, estate planning, and general business law. He first became interested in clarifying and explaining legal matters in (relatively) clear terms as Articles Editor for the Ecology Law Quarterly.

Mr. Ziegenhorn, who is admitted to the practice of law in Missouri, Kansas and California, received his J.D. from from Boalt Hall (University of California-Berkeley) in 1983. He has been quoted in legal publications such as the Missouri Lawyer's Weekly.
