Christopher A. Grgurich, a partner at Lindquist & Vennum LLP, is a commercial litigator representing clients nationwide in court, regulatory proceedings, and FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) arbitrations involving securities and business-related matter. He also has significant experience helping broker-dealers respond to state, FINRA, and Securities Exchange Commission inquiries and investigations and is a member of Lindquist & Vennums Securities and Financial Litigation and Appellate Practice Groups. Mr. Grgurichs work on behalf of clients has included trying cases in court and before arbitration panels; negotiating settlements; and defending and prosecuting numerous appeals at various federal and state court levels. A qualified neutral, Mr. Grgurich also frequently serves as a as a mediator in Minnesota litigation matters, and is a frequent participant in mediations throughout the country. Mr. Grgurich has handled more than 200 depositions and contested oral arguments in trial and appellate courts, litigated more than fifty dispositive motions in court, and served as a catalyst for creating law in a number of cases. He also serves as ethics counsel to his law firm and has taught Professional Responsibility and Securities Regulation courses at law schools in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
