Dina Harris is a partner with Best Best & Krieger LLP and provides general and special counsel services to California school districts and county offices of education. She advises and represents school clients in a wide variety of matters, including governance and policy, student rights and discipline, special education, business services, and charter schools. Ms. Harris earned her juris doctor and master of education from Brigham Young University’s law school and school of education, and has presented on a variety of topics at professional conferences in the education community.
