Heather has served in Thomson Reuters Sales and Account Management groups as an Account Manager and Sales Executive before joining the Librarian Relations team. She has deep ties to California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Nevada, Idaho and Arizona librarians and is pursuing her M.L.I.S. degree from Drexel University. She has been strongly influenced by the librarian community and looks forward to an advocacy and education role in this changing law firm culture and economy. She is an active member of AALL and SLA and currently serves on the SLA-SF Board as a Tour Chair.
