Once in the calculator program, the Florida Financial Affidavit Form is conveniently linked on the right-hand side under Related Content and is meant to be used in conjunction with the calculator. This allows for quick access to the form, which will skip any questions in which it already knows the answer, and will auto-populate this information for you.

The Financial Affidavit Calculator is also integrated with the Florida Family Law Tax Calculator. This allows you to calculate tax liabilities, which are required in the affidavit, without having to separately access the Tax Calculator.

Note: If you select the Dissolution of Marriage box, additional options for that proceeding will be included. For example, you may request that the judge award an asset to the filer or assign non-marital assets and liabilities to either party.
