The Arizona Reports set is a state case law reporter series that covers all published opinions and decisions of the Arizona Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. It is not part of the National Reporter System, and its pagination is independent of the Pacific Reporter, where Arizona decisions are also published.
There is no advance sheet for this publication. Customers may order the Pacific Reporter advance sheets.
Cases published in this product series are enhanced with headnotes, Key Numbers, and synopses prepared by West's internal staff of highly trained attorney-editors.
*NOTE: This print set begins with volume 114, the first volume of the Arizona Reports that combined opinions of the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court. In 1979, the Administrative Director of the Arizona Courts requested that West Publishing cease selling Arizona Reports volumes that predate volume 114. Arizona Reports, beginning Vol. 114, includes Arizona Court of Appeals Reports and Supreme Court Reports.
