The volumes in Michigan Reports Advance Sheet contain the official decisions of the Michigan Supreme Court dating back to 1847. The decisions are editorially enhanced with headnotes written by the state Reporter of Decisions office that accurately identify and explain major points of each case.
Each reported decision also includes a syllabus highlighting the procedural history of the case, the majority opinion, and the dissenting or concurring opinion when applicable.
