Federal Procedure Rules Service, Fifth Circuit provides localized coverage of the rules necessary to practice within the Fifth Circuit, that is, the rules of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and each of the District Courts within the Fifth Circuit.
To ensure currentness, this Federal Procedure Rules Service pamphlet will be replaced three times per year.
