The Wisconsin Jury Instructions are created and edited by the Wisconsin Jury Instructions Committees of the Wisconsin Judicial Conference. The Instructions include contributions from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School, and are used with its permission.
Wisconsin Jury Instructions – Criminal contains jury charges for all manner of criminal proceeding issues. Intended for use during a criminal trial and in the preliminary trial stages, the title includes standard jury charges for Wisconsin criminal proceedings.
