Reflecting decades of litigating experience, Plugged In: Guidebook to Software and the Law was originally written by prominent federal judge Francis Allegra, with Daniel Garrie, a nationally-recognized computer specialist who is also a litigator and e-discovery expert. After Judge Allegra's death in 2015, Garrie continues as author with contributions by former federal magistrate judge John M. Facciola (who also contributes an In Memoriam for Judge Allegra), Judge Margaret M. Sweeney of the U.S. Court of Claims, and Ben Quarmby, a partner at MoloLamken LLP.
