This publication provides the regulations promulgated by the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery, as issued in Division 7 of Title 14 (Natural Resources) in Barclays Official California Code of Regulations (CCR). The California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery, also known as CalRecycle, replaced the California Integrated Waste Management Board. Topics include:
