Title 3 (Food and Agriculture), Division 6 of the Barclays California Code of Regulations (CCR) provides regulations for pesticides and pest control operations.
The Department of Pesticide Regulation protects the public, our food and water resources, and the environment by regulating the registration, sale, and use of pesticides. Violations of pesticide regulations jeopardize the safety of you, your employees, the public, and the environment.
It is your legal responsibility to understand and comply with all regulations – failing to comply may result in enforcement actions, such as steep fines and severe penalties against your license or restricted material permit.
