The Special District Local Laws Code constitutes another unit of the Texas Legislative Council's statutory revision program. These volumes contain the text of the Code as enacted by the 78th Legislative Session and subsequent Sessions. The Special District Local Laws Code, as enacted, included the Chapter and Section headings which appear in this publication.
