Licensed to practice in Georgia and South Carolina since 1976, William C. (“Bubba”) Head received both his bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Georgia. He is a former Regent and co-founder of the National College for DUI Defense; a life member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; life member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; champion member of Georgia Trial Lawyers Association; founder and member of Georgia Defense of Drinking Drivers (D.O.D.D.), a statewide network of dedicated DUI defense attorneys; and a Mentor of 1000 Lawyers for Justice (pro bono legal assistance to incarcerated indigents). In addition, Mr. Head was named Top DUI Lawyer in America (NCDD.com) in 2003 and is a member of the Order of Barristers.
