Brenna A. Dolphin

Brenna A. Dolphin is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice. Her creativity, efficiency, problemsolving, and attention to detail add value to her clients. Brenna’s practice focuses on financial restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial transactions. She works closely with Polsinelli attorneys to protect clients’ interests and counsels both debtors and creditors. Her refreshing approach accomplishes client objectives and minimizes costs. Her practice extends to representations in cases brought under chapters 7, 11 and 15 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Brenna regularly represents debtors, creditors’ committees, secured lenders, indenture trustees, and unsecured creditors in court on bankruptcy matters. She appears in federal and state courts to advocate on behalf of her clients. During her three-year tenure with the Delaware Department of Justice as a Deputy Attorney General, she gained meaningful litigation experience. She prosecuted a number of jury trials and argued a volume of motions before the Court of Common Pleas and the Superior Court of the State of Delaware. She counsels creditors about available remedies in the assignment for the benefit of creditors in the Court of Chancery context. Brenna also appears in the Delaware State Courts on behalf of lenders who seek remedies against borrowers or collateral.
