How to customize your invoices in
Firm Central Time & Billing

Customize your firm's invoices quickly and easily

With Firm Central Time & Billing, you have several options for creating your invoices. You can utilize the standard invoice format provided by Time & Billing, which will suffice for many billing situations. However, you can also customize your invoices in Time & Billing.

To customize your invoices, click your name (upper-right corner of the screen) > Admin > Time & Billing.

Once you are on the Time & Billing tab, you can click the Invoices sub-tab.

You can make general adjustments to your invoices by clicking Edit Settings. This will permit you to adjust your firm address, contact number, website, logo, trust replenishment message (if your client’s trust account falls below a selected dollar amount), and any disclaimer text you wish to include in your invoices.

To customize your invoices, you can take advantage of invoice templates in Time & Billing. Clicking + New Template will allow you to create your invoice template format.

After entering an invoice template title, you can customize the following: invoice setup, firm information, client information, itemized time and expenses, invoice footer, and design options.

After making your desired adjustments, please click Save.
