Kim Hurley serves as a key customer contact for law librarians in the Northeast: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania (except Pittsburgh), Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Kim plays an important role in customer initiatives, including moderating customer events, delivering in-firm topical seminars, customizing individual training sessions, providing educational webinars, and participating in new product development focus groups. She also represents Thomson Reuters in professional librarian associations.

During her 25 years with the company, Kim has served in various roles in the Sales and Account Management division. She has deep ties to the New York librarian community in large law firms, corporations, and law schools, and has strengthened those relationships by providing excellent customer service over the years.

Kim is based in New York City and will continue her commitment to support librarians and their research and management needs in the large law firms.

Kim received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, M.L.S. from Queens College, The City University of New York, and A.B. in Government from Smith College.
