    Howard J. Alperin, J.D.

    Howard is currently in private practice in Boston. He was a Trial Attorney, Massachusetts Defenders Committee, Boston 1966 to 1967, and a Researcher for the Joint Committee on the Judiciary, for the Massachusetts Legislature, under Ford Foundation Legislative 

    Roland F. Chase, J.D.

    Chase practices consumer law in Boston. He is a member of the California and Massachusetts Bars. Chase also teaches business law and criminal law at Roger Williams College. Chase practiced law from 1975 to 1976, was a legal writer and researcher from
