    Hon. Robert J. Steigmann

    Judge Steigmann has served on the Illinois Appellate Court since 1989, when the Illinois Supreme Court assigned him to that court from the Sixth Judicial Circuit, where he had served since 1976. From 1969 to 1976, he was an assistant state’s attorney 

    Lori A. Nicholson

    Nicholson is law clerk to co-author Judge Robert J. Steigmann. She has previously worked as a therapeutic recreation specialist in a physical rehabilitation setting.

    Nicholson is a member of the State Bar of Illinois and the United States District Court,
