    Gary Solomon is the Director of Legal Support for The Legal Aid Society's Juvenile Rights Practice. Previously, Mr. Solomon served as a staff attorney with the Juvenile Rights Practice doing trial work in the Family Court; served as a staff attorny

    Merril Sobie is a professor of law at Pace University School of Law, where his courses include Family Law, Juvenile Justice, Childrens Law, Comparative Family Law, and Jurisprudence. He has authored the treatise New York Family Court Practice, published
