    Deseriee A. Kennedy has been a professor at Touro Law School since 2007. She teaches civil procedure, family law, and family violence. She previously taught at the University of Tennessee College of Law. At Tennessee she helped begin the law schools Domestic

    Ms. Zuccardy received a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut (1987) and a J.D. from New York University School of Law (1990). After twenty years of representing clients in matrimonial, family, and child welfare cases, Ms. Zuccardy,
