    Justice Adele Hedges, Honorable

    Hedges became the Chief Justice of the Fourteenth Court of Appeals, Houston, Texas in December 2003. She previously served as a Justice on the First Court of Appeals, Houston, Texas (1992-2003). The Texas Association of Civil Trial and Appellate Specialists 

    Lynne Liberato

    Liberato is a partner in the Appellate practice group of the Houston office of Haynes Boone, LLP. She served as chief staff attorney for the First Court of Appeals in Houston and has argued cases before the Texas State Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of
