    The Robert A. Sullivan Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School. He graduated from Amherst College magna cum laude, and from the University of Michigan Law School. He was on the University of Michigan Law Review, and Order of the Coif.

    Robert Hillman has written extensively on contracts and contract theory, the Uniform Commercial Code, and related jurisprudence. A 1972 graduate of Cornell Law School, Professor Hillman clerked for the Hon. Edward C. McLean and the Hon. Robert J. Ward,
