    A graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1985. He is the editor of the second and recently released third edition of the Appellate Practice Handbook published by the Nashville Bar Association.

    Mr. Day is a trial lawyer in Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Platteville in 1978 and the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1981, where he was on the staff of the North Carolina Law Review and elected to the Order
