Texas Administrataive Code provides the full text of Texas state agency rules and regulations adopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, including education, agriculture, transportation, environmental quality, and public finance.
The rules and regulations in this compilation are arranged into titles and parts. Each part represents an individual state agency. Source notes show effective dates and locations within the Texas Register where initial adoption of section and any amendments appear. Emergency sections adopted by an agency are not included.
