Volume 1 text by David D. Ebersole explains the organization and duties of Department of Taxation units, as well as administrative and judicial review procedures in tax appeals. Also included are forms and bulletins.
Volumes 2 and 3 provide the complete text of Title 57, Taxation, from Baldwin's Ohio Revised Code Annotated as well as related Ohio statutes pertaining to taxation; administrative rules of the tax commissioner, board of tax appeals, and division of tax equalization; and bulletins of the tax commissioner.
All annual subscriptions are subject to a continuous subscription agreement meaning your subscription will automatically renew in future years unless you tell us otherwise.
Each Automatic Renewal Term will be 12 months in length (“Automatic Renewal Term”) and we will notify you of any changes - including your new price - at least 60 days before each Automatic Renewal Term begins. Either of us may cancel in writing at least 30 days before an Automatic Renewal Term starts.
