Long considered a comprehensive environmental index to the United States Code Annotated, Federal Environmental Laws provides major environmental statutes enacted to address the problems of pollutants in the air, in the water, and on land. The statutes are arranged by USCA title, with each title containing several acts. Where relevant, each statutory heading is followed by the appropriate act section number, and each statutory provision is followed up by an extensive legislative history. Topics covered include: Coastal zone management Ocean pollution monitoring and planning Environmental taxes The national climate program Nuclear waste policy The pamphlet includes a comprehensive index and table of acts to direct you to the relevant statutory provisions, and back cover locators and running heads contain statutory names and act section numbers to help you quickly find materials.
All annual subscriptions are subject to a continuous subscription agreement meaning your subscription will automatically renew in future years unless you tell us otherwise.
Each Automatic Renewal Term will be 12 months in length (“Automatic Renewal Term”) and we will notify you of any changes - including your new price - at least 60 days before each Automatic Renewal Term begins. Either of us may cancel in writing at least 30 days before an Automatic Renewal Term starts.
All updates are included in your annual subscription and will be delivered automatically as soon as they become available.
