Description
Federal Local Court Rules, 4th collects the local rules of each federal district court and each federal circuit court of appeals. Updates are provided every other month to distribute amendments and changes as and when received from various courts. Volumes 1 through 9 contain local rules of the U.S. district courts, organized alphabetically by state and district. Volume 9 also includes rules and associated practice content for the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia and the Federal Circuit. Local rules and procedures of the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First through Eleventh Circuits are arranged by circuit in Volume 10.

All annual subscriptions are subject to a continuous subscription agreement meaning your subscription will automatically renew in future years unless you tell us otherwise.
