    James W. Ely Jr., Professor

    Ely is the Milton R. Underwood Professor of Law and Professor of History at Vanderbilt University. Professor Ely teaches and writes principally in the fields of legal history and property law. He received his B.A. degree with honors from Princeton University, 

    Jon W. Bruce, Professor

    Bruce is a Professor of Law at Vanderbilt University. He teaches and writes primarily in the area of real property. His articles and essays have appeared in periodicals such as the Georgetown Law Journal, Hastings Law Journal, Houston Law Review, and
