Civil Jury Instructions provides the formal jury instructions used in major areas of civil litigation, as well as authority for the language used in most instances, by reference to the underlying statutes and with citations to decisions of the Supreme Court of Louisiana or appellate court cases. Instructions are categorized by cause of action. This third edition contains new features, including: Revision of all the instructions regarding strict liability A comprehensive simplification of all instructions by implementing “plain English” and eliminating redundant material Making all instructions more current by including provisions that tell jurors they may not consult the Internet, text, or “tweet” about the case.
All annual subscriptions are subject to a continuous subscription agreement meaning your subscription will automatically renew in future years unless you tell us otherwise.
Each Automatic Renewal Term will be 12 months in length (“Automatic Renewal Term”) and we will notify you of any changes - including your new price - at least 60 days before each Automatic Renewal Term begins. Either of us may cancel in writing at least 30 days before an Automatic Renewal Term starts.
All updates are included in your annual subscription and will be delivered automatically as soon as they become available.
