The Minnesota Jury Instruction Companion Handbook, by the Minnesota District Judges Association, provides an excellent reference for both judges and lawyers in civil cases. The handbook is designed to be used with Jury Instruction Guides – Civil (Volumes 4 and 4A of the Minnesota Practice Series). However, while the civil jury instruction guides provide a list of possible jury instructions, the handbook provides a complete set of actual instructions given in a particular case. This case-specific format covering 14 areas of substantive law enables readers to discern how a particular jury instruction fits into the jury charge as a whole.
All annual subscriptions are subject to a continuous subscription agreement meaning your subscription will automatically renew in future years unless you tell us otherwise.
Each Automatic Renewal Term will be 12 months in length (“Automatic Renewal Term”) and we will notify you of any changes - including your new price - at least 60 days before each Automatic Renewal Term begins. Either of us may cancel in writing at least 30 days before an Automatic Renewal Term starts.
All updates are included in your annual subscription and will be delivered automatically as soon as they become available.
