Description
The Norton Annual Survey of Bankruptcy Law includes innovative commentary on substantive and procedural issues in bankruptcy law practice and the constitutionality of the Bankruptcy Court, along with developments in the changing and often complex body of bankruptcy case law and in international law.
Every year, dedicated authors submit articles on bankruptcy law topics of current interest, particularly those that have not been fully addressed in previously published secondary legal literature.
Each annual edition also includes articles discussing recent developments under various Code sections and articles discussing recent developments related to bankruptcy topics such as Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 15, jurisdiction, and intellectual property as well as highlights of proceedings of the American College of Bankruptcy.
All annual subscriptions are subject to a continuous subscription agreement meaning your subscription will automatically renew in future years unless you tell us otherwise.
Each Automatic Renewal Term will be 12 months in length (“Automatic Renewal Term”) and we will notify you of any changes - including your new price - at least 60 days before each Automatic Renewal Term begins. Either of us may cancel in writing at least 30 days before an Automatic Renewal Term starts.
All updates are included in your annual subscription and will be delivered automatically as soon as they become available.
