Natalie C. Jacobs received her B.S. in criminal justice from Northern Arizona University and her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law. She worked in private practice as a criminal defense attorney for several years before joining her 

Thomas A. Jacobs

Jacobs served as an Assistant Attorney General from 1972 to 1985, handling civil, criminal, and child welfare matters. In 1985 he was appointed to the Maricopa County Superior Court, and served in the Juvenile and Family Court Departments. Judge Jacobs
