This single title provides the full text of: Title 16, Crimes and Offenses Title 17, Criminal Procedures Relevant sections of other titles The state constitution and the Appellate Court Rules The Rules of Criminal Procedure. The Rules of Evidence Relevant regulations. This product brings up-to-date statutes current through the 2019 Session of the General Assembly; text of regulations current through State Register Volume 43, Issue No. 10, effective October 25, 2019; and court rules current with amendments received through November 15, 2019.
All annual subscriptions are subject to a continuous subscription agreement meaning your subscription will automatically renew in future years unless you tell us otherwise.
Each Automatic Renewal Term will be 12 months in length (“Automatic Renewal Term”) and we will notify you of any changes - including your new price - at least 60 days before each Automatic Renewal Term begins. Either of us may cancel in writing at least 30 days before an Automatic Renewal Term starts.
