This set is a state caselaw reporter series that covers all published opinions and decisions of the Virginia Court of Appeals. It is not part of the National Reporter System®, and its pagination is independent of the South Eastern Reporter, where Virginia decisions are also published.
Cases published in this product series are enhanced with headnotes, Key Numbers, and synopses prepared by an internal staff of highly trained attorney editors.
All annual subscriptions are subject to a continuous subscription agreement meaning your subscription will automatically renew in future years unless you tell us otherwise.
Each Automatic Renewal Term will be 12 months in length (“Automatic Renewal Term”) and we will notify you of any changes - including your new price - at least 60 days before each Automatic Renewal Term begins. Either of us may cancel in writing at least 30 days before an Automatic Renewal Term starts.
All updates are included in your annual subscription and will be delivered automatically as soon as they become available.
