Description
Criminal Jury Instruction Handbook (Washington Practice Series, Vol. 11B) includes selected jury instructions given in actual, recent Washington state criminal cases. An excellent source of jury instruction examples, it categorizes instructions by subject matter and relevant issues and includes verbatim reproductions of the pattern instructions and completely original instructions. Commentary is included throughout the text to provide a short note on the appropriate application of the instruction and to identify issues that arise with commonly used instructions.
All annual subscriptions are subject to a continuous subscription agreement meaning your subscription will automatically renew in future years unless you tell us otherwise.
